Raw Vegan Veggie Patties!

This raw vegan veggie pattie burger recipe is sure to be award winning someday!

 This is a recipe that can be easily introduced to your non-raw vegan friends and family that is sure to win over their tastebuds.


Remember: use all organic ingredients when possible! 



Chop up around 6 large carrots and a bundle of green onions.

Soak around 5 tablespoons of raw sunflower seeds overnight or 8 hours. This sprouts them and is extremely beneficial for health.


You will need around four packages of these organic sun dried tomatoes. Try to use ones without any salt or oil added.


Use a teaspoon of ground mustard seed. You can use more or less depending on the spiciness you want.
                                               
Throw all ingredients into your food processor. 

The Cuisinart 7 cup food processor is my favorite. 



Blend until you get this consistency.




Form into patties! You can make them as big or as small as you desire.

Dab some Tahini on top for added flavor!
