This is a recipe that can be easily introduced to your non-raw vegan friends and family that is sure to win over their tastebuds.
Remember: use all organic ingredients when possible!

| Chop up around 6 large carrots and a bundle of green onions. |

| Soak around 5 tablespoons of raw sunflower seeds overnight or 8 hours. This sprouts them and is extremely beneficial for health. |

| You will need around four packages of these organic sun dried tomatoes. Try to use ones without any salt or oil added. |

| Use a teaspoon of ground mustard seed. You can use more or less depending on the spiciness you want. |
