Valentine's Day Heart-y "Cheese" Ravioli!

Your hearts will be beating for this dish!

This "cheesy" ravioli is great for the upcoming Valentine's holiday!

Even if you don't have a sweetheart this year, making this recipe will make your Valentine's Day!

                                   Let's get started!

-------

Ingredients:

*all organic*

-2-3 medium zucchinis
-2 tablespoons raw tahini
-1 tablespoon cumin
-1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
-Juice of half a lemon
-3/4 red pepper
-Bragg's Nutritional Seasoning

--------

For ravioli sauce:

Place 1 medium zucchini, tahini, cumin, cayenne, lemon juice into food processor.

Blend until it looks like this consistency. Set aside.

Take 2 medium sized zucchinis and chop into big pieces.

With a knife, cut into a heart shape.
Do the best you can with this- mine are not perfect!

Some of your hearts will turn out better than others.

Then, place on their side and chop into thin slices.
Set on large platter.

Get your sauce mixture and take small spoonfuls and place on top of each heart.

Now put another heart slice on top of each ravioli.

You can eat them as is or make a creamy red pepper sauce to put on the side for added flavor!

For the red pepper sauce:

Take a tablespoon of tahini, cayenne pepper, 3/4 red pepper, a couple dashes of Bragg's nutritional seasonings, and a spoonful or so of the previous ravioli sauce and blend in food processor.

Put it on the side of the raviolis or however you like!

Your honey is sure to love this!
