I was in the kitchen trying to figure out a salad dressing that incorporated hemp seeds.
I came up with this one and it is a hit!
The nori gives it an amazing flavor- so savory!
I hope you try it out and enjoy.

Dressing ingredients:
-1 cup water
-1 cup raw hemp seeds
-1 small zucchini
-1/2 teaspoon cayenne
-1 nori sheet
-2 pitted dates
Salad ingredients:
-spinach
-kale
-zucchini
-carrots
-bell peppers (any colors will do)
*A little tid bit about the beauty and health of hemp seeds:
Hemp Seeds: Are a complete protein. They contain the essential fatty acids omega 6 and 3 and are a good source of soluble and insoluble fiber. They are a great source of vitamins A, B1, B2, D, and E.

| 1 cup water |

| Two pitted dates |

| Add above ingredients into vitamix. Blend! |

| Then add cayenne, zucchini, and the nori. Blend again. |

| This would also be wonderful as a dip for vegetables! Yum! |
Now for the salad:
*chop up the amount of kale you desire for your salad into fine pieces and combine in a bowl with chopped spinach*

| Place the dressing on top and stir! |

| I used these little red bell peppers. How cute! ...And tasty :) |

| Chop up a small zucchini into very little pieces. |

| Combine everything in a bowl and it's time to eat! |

| If you have bowls with air tight lids you can place the salad and dressing in a bowl and take with you to work, school, etc.! |
