What inspires me when I am making my raw food recipes?

~I almost always love listening to music when I am creating my meals. It really does inspire me and makes me happy! There is nothing wrong with dancing around your kitchen, right? :)

~Also, the fact that I am going to feed my body these life-giving foods is extremely inspiring time and time again. Their beauty is enormous!

~I do encourage you guys to listen to music the next time you are making your favorite raw recipe- it is fun!

Try this song...

My favorite song of the day:

"September" by Earth, Wind, and Fire

I do believe my love for 70s music is showing…     :)

Enjoy!

Dance to this song when you're making your cabbage salad!
