Raw Vegan Sandwiches!



 These are lovely and so easy to tailor to your tastes!

 

Just imagine sinking your teeth into one of these! 

 

Yummy.    :)









 

Ingredients:

 

-Romaine hearts

-Tomato

-Cucumber

-Onion

-Spinach

-Avocado

-Organic raw tahini

-Seasonings of choice (I used Bragg's seasoning)

 

 Note: use any ingredients you feel like would taste good to you!

 

 +Sprouts would be wonderful as well.

 




      
                                        These babies are your "buns." 


    First of all, can we just take note on how beautiful this piece of romaine is?! Lovely green.


The veins remind me of the human body. There's that Doctrine of Signatures again! :)                                        






         Cut a thin slice of your tomato, onion, cucumber, etc. and lay on one 'bun.'



                   Add some chopped spinach and a few slices of avocado.


                  Spread some tahini on one bun. This acts as your "mayo." 

                                   Add some seasonings if you desire! 
                                I used the Bragg's seasonings which is wonderful.
                                 Cayenne would also add a bit of a kick. 


Then, stack your other bun on top!

Slice in half and voila- you have a HEALTHY sandwich. Tasty, too.
