Raw Vegan Salsa Salad



                                

                             ...This one's HOT!

 

This spicy salsa is excellent on its own or on a bed of greens.

 

Enjoy it with zucchini chips (slices) or any way you like!








 

A true flavor explosion :)

 

 

 

 Ingredients:

 

 -All organic-


*5 roma tomatoes

*1/2 red onion

*Juice of three limes

*1 heaping tablespoon chopped cilantro

*Couple dashes cayenne pepper

*1/2 large jalapeno (I took out the seeds and the membranes)

*1 bag frozen organic non-GMO corn

  *1/4 red bell pepper

 

  +Any type of salad greens you'd like!


 

                        Chop up all of your ingredients and place in large bowl.




                                You do not have to use as much cayenne as I did.                                                   Only a couple dashes should suffice. 

                                          This is a wonderful dish on its own.

                            Place a slice of lime on top for a beautiful garnish!


                                 This salsa is amazing on top of a salad as well!
