Raw Vegan Chile Soup!

                       Yes, I said soup!




You can definitely eat soups that are room temperature and they are fabulous!




                      This is one of them:




                              It is absolutely delicious. So full of flavor.






What you'll need:

*all organic*

-3 roma tomatoes (chopped)
-3/4 package sundried tomatoes (oil/salt free)
-1/2 orange or yellow bell pepper (roughly chopped)
-1/2 red bell pepper (roughly chopped)
-3/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
-1/2 avocado
-3/4 cup water
-2 stalks celery
-1 tablespoon lime/lemon juice
-1 tablespoon cumin
-1 tablespoon chili powder (try to find one without silicon dioxide in it)
-1/2 teaspoon paprika
-Couple dashes of garlic powder (or a clove or two of fresh garlic)
-Couple dashes of cayenne pepper







Start roughly chopping all the beautiful ingredients.
Do not add in the avocado yet.


Place them all in your high speed blender. 
You can also use a food processor, but it will be chunkier.
Add the spices next.



So vibrant with color!
Always eat as many colors as you can from fresh fruits & vegetables!



Blend it up.


Then, add the avocado. 
I didn't add the avocado first because I didn't want it to turn into a mousse.



Blend again.



Ohhh yeah!


Garnish with more avocado, mushrooms, cilantro, chopped onion, etc. 
Get creative!



This soup is purely delectable & one of my favorites.
