Ingredients for meatballs:
-3 tablespoons soaked raw organic sunflower seeds
-2 tablespoons raw organic hemp seeds
-2-3 small organic zucchinis
-1 1/2 cup chopped organic carrots
-1/2 organic cherry pepper
-Dash of organic dried basil
-1 teaspoon organic cumin powder
-Around 5 dashes of Bragg's seasonings
-2 pinches of dried organic dill
-Sliver of organic beet
-Sliver of organic roma tomato
-Sliver of organic red pepper
-1 sprig organic celery
-Optional: 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Chop up ingredients and place in food processor. Blend.
I then added the roma tomato and lemon juice. Blend.
Add the seasonings. Note: the Bragg's seasoning is essential- it gives the meatballs a terrific flavor that would be missed if absent!
It should come out looking like this.
Using your hands, roll up into little balls.
You can make them as big or as small as you please.
Note: they will seem very watery and you might be alarmed.
Don't worry- after they come out of the dehydrator they won't be watery at all.
Place on dehydrator sheets.
*Dehydrate on 105 degrees for three hours*
They will come out looking like real meatballs!
Meatless and chemical free meatballs! Lovely!
You can eat these alone or with any raw pasta dish.

Here is some information on the benefits of seeds! In today's recipe I used sunflower and hemp seeds.

Sunflower seeds: Vitamin E neutralizes free radicals. Selenium induces DNA repair. Magnesium builds strong bones and helps lower blood pressure, decreases muscle tension, migraine headaches, soreness, and fatigue. Hemp: A complete protein. They contain the essential fatty acids omega 6 and 3 and are a good source of soluble and insoluble fiber. They are a great source of vitamins A, B1, B2, D, and E.

It is so simple and that is what makes it easy to create yourself!

Ingredients:
*2 organic ripe (with speckles on them) bananas
*Juice of one organic orange (or you can throw the whole thing in)
*One bag organic frozen strawberries
*One carton organic strawberries

Since we want the liquid to be first, throw the bananas in and juice the orange. I used my orange squeezer but if you aren't trying to be fancy, just use your hands!
The orange really gives it a kick that makes it almost taste like fruit punch.
Chop up the strawberries in the carton removing the greens only if you desire. Yes, you can keep them on- they have extra nutrition in them! Just make sure you wash them thoroughly.
Throw in the frozen strawberries on top.
I used a tablespoon of Dr. Morse's Super Food Blend. It is chalk full of great things for our bodies. It tastes SO good as well. It really makes the smoothie.
Here are the ingredients in the Super Food Blend.
Blend it up and you are done! This is the amount I got out of this smoothie.

Many people add dairy products such as milk or yogurt to their fruit smoothies because they think they are doing something beneficial. This couldn't be farther from the truth. Dairy products are not meant for human consumption! Dairy products are extremely mucus forming and wreak havoc on the human body. Ever wonder why 75% of world's population is lactose intolerant?

But why can they be beneficial for us?
It is said they soak up negative energy and it is taken with them when they are thrown out!
Plants and flowers can make our air quality better by removing chemicals and pollutants in the air.
Examples of such plants are spider plants, peace lilies, and ficus'.

My personal favorite fragrance/flower are roses! They are a natural perfume for your home. Not to mention absolutely beautiful.
I recently picked up these bright pink roses and every time I see them I smile. That is proof of their powers :)

I am recently on a Willie Nelson kick. His classic song "You Were Always On My Mind" has been on repeat for me lately.
Who says you have to always eat sushi in the traditional way?
Taking out the hassle of wrapping up all the ingredients in nori saves a lot of precious time!
--> Just throw all the ingredients in a bowl and voila!
Ingredients:
-Organic unroasted nori
-Head of organic cauliflower (You could also use jicama)
-Stalk of organic celery
-2-3 organic carrots
-1/2 of large organic cucumber
-Half an organic avocado
-Quarter of organic red pepper
-3-4 organic green onions
-Organic raw hemp seeds (You can also use raw sesame seeds)
-Organic raw apple cider vinegar

*First, pulse the cauliflower in the food processor until you get a fine consistency*
*Place in large bowl and add one to two tablespoons apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon hemp seeds*
*Next, start chopping up all your veggies into small pieces and place in bowl*
It's as simple as that!
This recipe is beyond delicious and is very filling.

Why is cauliflower so good for us?
~Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable. What does that mean? It means that it is apart of a family of mustard seeds. It is included in a family of vegetables such as broccoli, cabbages, and brussel sprouts.
~Cauliflower is also a great source of Vitamin C! Make sure you always get vitamin C on a daily basis as our body does not produce it on our own.
Remember the epidemic of scurvy with the pirates?
Scurvy is a condition where you have a severe lack of vitamin C.
~Back to cauliflower, it also has beta-carotene, kaempferol, ferulic acid, caffeic acid, and cinnamic acid. What are all of those? Beta-carotene is a carotenoid and the others are all phytonutrients. Phytonutrients protect our bodies from free radical damage. They reduce our risk of disease.
Pretty important, eh?
~Cauliflower is also loaded with fiber. Fiber is essential at every meal so we can in turn have a healthy and clean GI tract. When you have fiber from fruits/veggies it helps pull toxins out of our colons to help get the bad stuff out!
~Loaded with folate, a water soluble vitamin that helps our bodies form red blood cells.
~The enzymes in cauliflower help our bodies in the detoxification process.
Now you might not just look past the cauliflower at the market! :)
