Beauties, aren't they?
Ingredients:
- 1/2 a head of organic Green cabbage
-1/2 a head of organic Purple cabbage
-2 large carrots
-2 large zucchinis
-1 stalk of organic celery (not shown)
-2 or 3 dates (not shown)
-2 tablespoons raw organic tahini
-2 tablespoons raw organic hemp seeds
-1/2 teaspoon organic ground turmeric
-1/2 teaspoon organic cayenne

| With your shredder blade intact on your food processor, shred the cabbage and the carrots and put in a very large bowl. |

| Blend the rest of the ingredients in the food processor with the S blade attached. |

| Place the decadent sauce on top of the shredded cabbage and carrots. |

| Stir, baby, stir! |

| Now take romaine hearts and place the cabbage mixture inside them. |

| You now have amazingly healthy tacos! |

| Don't forget you can always eat the cabbage mixture on its own or have a bowl on the side with your tacos! |
*Nutritional Profile of this dish:
- Zucchini: Has vitamin C and also contains two antioxidants called lutein and zeaxanthin, which are two phytonutrients that belong to the carotenoid family. These antioxidants promote good eyesight.
- Purple Cabbage: Loaded with vitamin K , A and C. Contains folate, tryptophan, fiber, manganese, molybdenum, vitamin B6, potassium, calcium, iron, and vitamin B1.
- Green Cabbage: Same as above except green cabbage has less nutrients overall than purple cabbage.
- Celery: High in vitamin K, A, fiber, manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, B6, B2, B1, folate, and contain coumarins, a natural compound that helps reduce damage in the body caused by free radicals.
- Carrots: High in vitamin A, K, C, potassium, B6, B1, B3, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, folate, minerals, anti-oxidants, and carotenoids.
- Turmeric: Very powerful anti-inflammatory. Has been shown to ward of Alzheimer's disease, prevent cancer (like all fruits and vegetables), fights cold and flu, helps indigestion and bowel issues, etc. Very powerful! A great parasite detoxifier!
- Cayenne: High in capsaicin, vitamin C and A, potassium, and contains high levels of minerals. Also contains niacin vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamin, iron, and copper. A great parasite detoxifier!
