Pure Apple Bliss

                                 My new favorite recipe!


                                         Apples + date paste = heaven.



Take around 5 small apples or 3 large organic red delicious apple and chop into small pieces.

Beautiful organic Medjool dates!

In your food processor, add 12 dates, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, and about a tablespoon of water. Blend until you get a paste consistency.

Put chopped apples and the paste into a large bowl.

Stir, stir, stir and you're done!
