Raw Vegan PIZZA!





                                 Yes, I said it- pizza.


                        That caught your attention, didn't it? :)



I created this recipe from scratch. I really wanted to incorporate every single flavor into this dish to make something spectacular



If i do say so myself, I accomplished my goal!








What you'll need for the crust:

-The dehydrator of your choice
-SOAKED raw organic sunflower seeds
-Raw organic hemp seeds
-Handful of organic spinach
-One small organic carrot
-Half of one organic cherry pepper
-Dash of organic oregano
-Dash of organic basil
-Quarter of a red onion (can substitute with green onions)

What you'll need for the pizza sauce:


~Blend 2 organic roma tomatoes, a couple organic cherry peppers, organic sundried tomatoes, and dried organic basil and oregano in the food processor. 

Toppings: These can be whatever you desire for your pizza! On mine I used:

-Finely chopped carrots
-Finely chopped spinach
-Diced zucchini
-Cucumber

*Note that the options are endless for toppings. You could also use: sprouts, chopped tomatoes, chopped pineapples, olives, mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers, etc. Have fun with it!



*Blend all ingredients in food processor*

--> Spread out mixture on dehydrator sheet.


 

*Dehydrate for 12 hours on 105 degrees. 



 *When done dehydrating, spread out the pizza crust.

*Spread on tomato sauce


*Add toppings


*You're ready to eat!




This pizza will have you and whoever eats it wanting more!
