4 ingredients and a dehydrator is all you need for these beautiful kale chips!
Ingredients:
-1 bunch of kale (2 if you want more chips)
-Organic unfiltered olive oil
-Bragg's nutritional yeast
-Bragg's seasoning
*In a large bowl put the chopped up kale and around 6 teaspoons of olive oil and massage each piece of kale. Add in several dashes or desired amount nutritional yeast and seasoning and stir.*

| Place on dehydrator trays. Dehydrate for 10-12 hours on 105 degrees. ------------ |

Why are dehydrated kale chips better than baked kale chips?
-Dehydrating at a temperature of 105 degrees does not kill the enzymes and nutrients in the kale like baking at over 300 degrees would!
-This is why the dehydrator is so helpful in a raw vegan kitchen!
