True Vitamin Water

                    So easy & so good. This drink is truly refreshing.

---> Great for drinking in the morning upon rising.


  • Chop up the fruit of your choice (strawberries, raspberries, oranges, lemons, etc.) Mint leaves are also fabulous for this.
  • Toss into a mason jar or even an old water bottle.
  • Fill to the top with water.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for a couple hours.
  • Enjoy! 


Chop up some half moon cucumber slices.

Chop up some oranges.


Voila!

I also enjoy the orange/blueberry mix.
